Peak is an independent oil and gas exploration and development company headquartered in the southwestern Colorado town of Durango. Our operations are focused in the Permian Basin of West Texas and in the Texas Panhandle.

Since its inception over ten years ago, Peak has time and again proven its ability to succeed. The Company has a track record of acquiring and successfully developing properties in Texas, North Dakota, New Mexico, Wyoming and Nebraska.

Currently, we are focused on plays in the Texas Panhandle and the Permian Basin, as well as evaluating other strategic and emerging opportunities, such as the Ohio Utica shale play.
